In an effort to enhance medical training and education, Aspirus Hospital completed construction of the Aspirus Medical Education Center in Wausau, Wisconsin, and chose Dascom for integration of a sophisticated AV system in the building’s auditorium.
Standout Features
Within the auditorium, Dascom integrated a full-service AV system that features videoconferencing to several medical and University of Wisconsin locations, as well as capabilities for recording presentations to a hard drive recorder.
In addition, trainings and presentation can be instructed by a person in the auditorium via the instructor console or by a remote operator at the production control console outside the auditorium. Both local and remote operators have full access to room control, camera control and recording.
