DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP NAMES GREG SCHOMER CFO

Woodbury, MN., June 19, 2007— Dascom Systems Group, LLC, an audio/video and IPTV systems integration company based out of Woodbury, Minnesota, today announced that Greg Schomer has been selected as Chief Financial Officer.
            Schomer was previously CFO/ Vice President of Finance and Human Resources for Dichtomatik Americas, a division of Freudenberg-NOK, a $1.0 B supplier of sealing products to automotive and industrial OEMs worldwide. Prior to that, he served as Manager of Financial Operations for Kmart Corporation and Manager of Corporate Finance for Fanuc Robotics North America, Inc. respectively. 
            Commenting on his appointment, Schomer said, “Dascom is an exciting and dynamic company with great opportunities for growth. I look forward to being a part of its future success.”

A native of Michigan, Schomer earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan and received his MBA in Finance from Eastern Michigan University.
