ALLIED INSURANCE NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS

With more than 1,600 people employed at its newly constructed Des Moines, Iowa-based headquarters, Allied Insurance went above and beyond the corporate call of duty this year by contracting Dascom Systems Group to integrate advanced AV systems that enable videoconferencing, training, multimedia presentations, and high-definition entertainment. This superb integration of 52 rooms includes training classrooms, large meeting rooms, executive boardrooms, a training auditorium, fitness center and large cafeteria. All rooms include video display, touch screen AV control, video projection, and multimedia presentation capabilities.
In addition, with Allied Insurance agents served by regional offices and staff in Des Moines , IA; Lincoln, NE; Denver,CO; and Sacramento, CA; connecting branches for live video/audio conferencing and presentation was a necessity to stay ahead of the competition. With a total workforce of 3,000 employees nationwide, these systems are utilized for videoconferencing, meetings, crisis communication, emergency action plans, up-to-the-minute news and training.
