DASCOM SYSTEMS GROUP NAMES BILL WOLFF CEO

Woodbury, MN., March 21, 2007—Dascom Systems Group, LLC, an audio/video and IPTV systems integration company based out of Woodbury, Minnesota, today announced that Bill Wolff has been selected as Chief Executive Officer.
            Wolff was previously Chairman and CEO of MakeMusic, Inc., a publicly traded world leader in software notation and practice systems for music educators, students and musicians. Prior to that, he served as CEO of both CrossUSA, an IT outsourcing company, and Open Systems, an accounting software company. Rounding out his experience, Wolff stood as Chief Financial Officer for Springboard Software.
            Wolff becomes only the second CEO in Dascom’s 12-year company history. Commenting on his appointment, Wolff said, “I am excited to be a part of the Dascom organization and I look forward to working with its outstanding team and Board of Directors.”

A native of Edina, Wolff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Instrument, Inc., an IT services company.
