Project Snapshot
In an effort to enhance community opportunities and access to modern technology, the Boutwells Landing Senior Living Community integrated a multimedia chapel/ town hall, modern technology classroom, and intimate theater, to its "Town Center".  

Community Theater- features touch panel control, DVD, VHS, surround sound, satellite receiver and is equipped with a Direct TV system adding hundreds of channels for viewing options. Dimmable zoned lighting and a kitchen concession area complete this small-scale movie theater. 

Multimedia Chapel- features touch panel control and LCD projection and functions as a center of the community seating 300 for meetings/services and 175 at a formal dinner. 

Technology Classroom- offers ongoing classes in basic computer skills, email, online banking and Internet and was designed largely for training and the use of laptops/computers.
